Wyland to Paint Live Mural in Wrightsville Beach for Launch of Newest Vodka

In May 2025, ocean muralist Wyland will be visiting Wrightsville Beach to introduce the latest addition to the Equalise series, a new vodka. The artist will be showcasing his live painting skills and signing bottles at a local ABC store while also taking photos with fans.

Last year, Wyland collaborated with Blue Shark Vodka to release Wyland’s Vanilla Vodka as part of the Equalise label. This series combines Wyland’s artistic touch with Blue Shark Vodka and premium ingredients to create naturally flavored vodkas. The upcoming launch on May 31 will feature Wyland’s Lemon Vodka, produced using a micro-infusion technique that blends Blue Shark Vodka with Sicilian lemon rinds, without any artificial additives.

The limited-edition spirit will feature an original oil-on-canvas painting of a lemon shark by Wyland on the label. The artist plans to release labels showcasing various species over the next five years. All profits from these vodka releases will support The Wyland Foundation’s efforts in ocean conservation. Stay tuned for updates on future flavored vodkas, with the vanilla vodka returning during the holiday season and the lemon vodka making a limited appearance each May.
