Women reshaping leadership narrative through collective reframing of power and presence

Women in Solar+ Europe organized a workshop at Intersolar 2025 this week, focusing on reshaping the leadership narrative for women. Leaders and experts in the industry came together to challenge old stereotypes and establish a new definition of genuine, inclusive leadership. This included advocating for vulnerability and dismissing the limiting labels that are often imposed on women.
