Manassas, VA, May 20, 2025 – Ventana Education Group LLC has acquired Ultimate Health School, a Virginia-based institution specializing in practical nursing and allied health programs. Ena Hull, a seasoned education executive, has been appointed as the President and CEO of the school as part of this strategic move.

Established in 1999 by Ms. Arangu Ngundam, Ultimate Health School has been serving the Northern Virginia community for more than 20 years, focusing on providing high-quality healthcare education. The school has gained a reputation for student-centered learning, clinical excellence, and community involvement under her leadership.

Ena Hull expressed her commitment to maintaining the values and quality established by Ms. Ngundam while evolving the institution to meet the needs of the next generation of healthcare professionals. Ms. Ngundam will continue to be involved with the school as the Founder and Advisor to support academic leadership and clinical programs.

The new ownership aims to expand program offerings, enhance student services, and build local partnerships to address the growing demand for skilled healthcare professionals in the region. The school will retain its current name initially but has plans for rebranding in the future as part of its long-term vision.
