US sanctions four International Criminal Court judges

On Thursday, the United States announced sanctions against four judges from the International Criminal Court (ICC) under an executive order issued by President Trump in February. The judges being sanctioned by the U.S. are Reine Alapini-Gansou, Luz del Carmen Ibáñez Carranza, Solomy Balungi Bossa, and Beti Hohler.
