UnitedHealthcare Suspect Identified, Mug Shot From Jail Booking

The man who was arrested at the UnitedHealthcare campus in Minnesota has been identified as Ian Stanley Wagner. He was taken into custody for allegedly making threats of violence. Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis Field Office and issued threats towards the United Healthcare facility. However, there is no indication that he had specific grievances against United Healthcare. The FBI crisis negotiator spoke with Wagner over the phone before he surrendered to authorities. Wagner claimed to have a gun and demanded $1 million, but police recovered a firearm from his car. The incident led to a significant police presence at the UnitedHealthcare HQ.
