Boxer Floyd Diaz was arrested in Las Vegas last week after being pulled over by Las Vegas Metro police for driving a stolen car. Additionally, he was found to be in possession of a firearm that he was not legally allowed to have. Diaz, an undefeated 21-year-old boxer, was stopped after a LoJack alert indicated the vehicle he was driving was stolen.

He was taken into custody and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, both of which are class C felonies. Bail was set at $10,000. These charges could result in up to 5 years in prison, along with significant fines.

Diaz, a 13-0 bantamweight boxer, is a rising star in the sport who was born and raised in Las Vegas. His last fight was in September when he defeated Mario Hernandez at Madison Square Garden. He was scheduled to appear in court in Clark County on Friday.
