Kim Boerema, who has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, has been named the CEO of Twin Peaks Restaurant, part of Twin Hospitality Group Inc. With his background in optimizing high-volume restaurant operations, Boerema is expected to drive the continued growth of Twin Peaks as the ultimate sports lodge.

Boerema’s previous roles include serving as President and COO of Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse, where he played a key role in expanding the brand. He also has experience as CEO and President of Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant, as well as serving as COO of California Pizza Kitchen and as a Regional Vice President at Texas Roadhouse.
