Trump, DOGE Deny Federal Housing, Jobs Benefits to Illegal Aliens

According to a recent report, Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is using federal data to prevent illegal aliens from accessing housing and employment benefits. President Donald Trump supported DOGE’s efforts by signing a Presidential Memorandum aiming to stop illegal aliens and other ineligible individuals from receiving Social Security Act benefits. The memorandum directs the administration to ensure that ineligible aliens do not receive funds from Social Security Act programs.

The fact sheet accompanying the Presidential Memorandum states that it expands the Social Security Administration’s fraud prosecutor program and establishes a Medicare and Medicaid fraud-prosecution program in U.S. Attorney Offices. The memorandum also requires the SSA Inspector General to investigate earnings reports for individuals aged 100 or older with mismatched SSA records to address identity theft.

DOGE affiliates are reportedly working to remove existing mixed-status households to prevent undocumented immigrants from benefiting from public programs, as reported by the Washington Post. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official highlighted that the government is now sharing information across federal agencies to tackle issues effectively.

Furthermore, the Trump administration reportedly eliminated over 6,300 Social Security numbers assigned to illegal aliens with criminal records, terrorist ties, or canceled visas. DHS has sought assistance from the Social Security Administration in immigration enforcement and detecting fraudulent Social Security number use.

According to Breitbart News’s John Binder, some bureaucrats within the Social Security Administration opposed the Trump administration’s move to cancel Social Security benefits for thousands of illegal aliens in the U.S. These bureaucrats who resisted the plan were either removed or resigned from their positions.
