TransNusa Increases Scheduled Flight Frequency to Twice Daily

JAKARTA, June 2, 2025 – PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, Southeast Asia’s first holistic premium service airline, is expanding its presence in Perth by doubling the frequency of its Bali – Perth route to 14 times a week from the current 7 times a week. Sales for the additional flights have already begun, according to TransNusa Group Chief Executive Officer Datuk Bernard Francis.

The increased flight frequency will be implemented in two phases, with the first phase starting on July 2, where flights will increase from 7 to 11 times weekly. The second phase, set to begin on July 18, will see the frequency rise to 14 times weekly.

This move follows the successful launch of TransNusa’s scheduled flights to Perth from Bali in March 2025. The airline aims to enhance passenger comfort and strengthen its brand as a Premium Service Carrier.

TransNusa, known for its premium services, was recently authorized by the Indonesian Aviation Authority to operate as a Premium Service Airline in the domestic market as well. The airline offers various value-added services to ensure a comfortable flying experience for its passengers.

Tickets for TransNusa’s scheduled flights are now available for purchase, starting at IDR1.699.000, AUD156, CNY740, USD110, and MYR487. Passengers can buy tickets on the airline’s website or through Online Travel Agents (OTAs).

TransNusa will operate additional scheduled flights from Bali to Perth utilizing its Airbus A320 aircraft. The airline also offers flights to Guangzhou, China, with short transit times for passengers looking to explore multiple destinations.

Datuk Bernard emphasized TransNusa’s commitment to providing affordable ticket prices and premium services for its passengers, including attractive product bundles like SEAT, SEAT-PLUS, and FLEXI-PRO packages.

Established in 2005, TransNusa initially provided chartered flights before transitioning to commercial flights in 2011. After a re-launch in 2021 as a low-cost airline, the airline introduced a new Premium Service Airline model for its international routes in 2023. Passengers can book flights through the TransNusa website, authorized travel agents, or the airline’s customer service center.
