Toastique, a gourmet toast, juice, and coffee bar known for its vibrant offerings, has revealed its newest location in Rapid City, South Dakota. The establishment, owned by a husband-and-wife team, will be the first of its kind in South Dakota. The bar, originally conceived in Washington D.C., will open in the summer of 2025 at 525 St Joseph Street Suite 1. At the new location, customers can look forward to gourmet toast varieties, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, espresso, coffee, and quick meal options.
The proud local owners, Hayley and Adam Kaemingk, both from Rapid City, bring their backgrounds in graphic design and photography to the venture. Hayley, inspired to start a business that holds personal meaning, envisioned providing a health-conscious and creative space for her community. The couple is excited to introduce Rapid City to a unique establishment that combines their passion for wellness, design, and fostering connections within the community.
Toastique’s Rapid City debut will take place in a 1,500 square foot area within the Block 5 building, the city’s largest development project thus far. This development will also house a Hyatt Place hotel, residential lofts, retail spaces, and meeting areas.
Hayley Kaemingk, co-franchisee and owner of Toastique Rapid City, expressed enthusiasm about bringing a health-focused dining option to the area. The menu at Toastique emphasizes fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients and creative flavor combinations. Dishes like the Avocado Smash Toast and Dragonberry Bowl have gained national recognition for their artful presentation and health benefits.
Operating hours for the Rapid City location will be from 7am to 5pm every day of the week once it opens. To keep up with news and updates from Toastique, visit their website or follow them on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
