Once again, the top-selling lists are at odds. Not a single title manages to secure a spot in the top ten across all major bestseller lists this week. However, there are some leading contenders, including Suzanne Collins’ “Sunrise on the Reaping,” Mel Robbins’ “The Let Them Theory,” and Abby Jimenez’s “Say You’ll Remember Me.” While Rebecca Yarros’ Empyrean series retains its bestseller status, it has somewhat declined from its peak of popularity. The only new addition to the list this week is Abby Jimenez’s latest work, following her success with “Just for the Summer,” offering a new “playful yet deeply emotional romance.”
This list continues to lack diversity on multiple fronts, notably in its overrepresentation of white authors. Some other noteworthy bestsellers include Vicky Nguyen’s memoir “Boat Baby,” Stephen Graham Jones’ “The Buffalo Hunter Hunter” (an Indie Bestseller), and Hanif Abdurraqib’s “There’s Always This Year” (also an Indie Bestseller).
To compile these rankings, we review the top 10 lists from USA Today, Publishers Weekly, The New York Times, Amazon Charts (both Fiction and Nonfiction), and Indie Bestsellers (both Paperback and Hardcover). Newly added titles are highlighted.
