In Los Angeles, Tender Greens is introducing a new barbecue twist to their menu inspired by St. Louis-style flavors and fresh market sides. Starting on May 14, customers at all locations can enjoy the Backyard Ribs Plate and Backyard Ribs Family Meal for a limited time, just in time for summer dining.

The new dishes feature St. Louis-style ribs slow-roasted and coated with a housemade chipotle honey barbecue sauce, adding a mix of sweet and smoky flavors that reflect Tender Greens’ chef-driven culinary approach.

The Backyard Ribs Plate includes St. Louis-style ribs served with macaroni salad and crispy potatoes for $19.35, while the Backyard Ribs Family Meal serves four people and comes with St. Louis-style ribs, chipotle honey barbecue sauce, and two sides of your choice for $69.95. Additionally, a summer classic, the Macaroni Salad, is available for $4.45, featuring ditalini pasta with green olives, celery, pickles, parsley, chives, and mayonnaise.
