An American-style sushi restaurant is getting ready for its debut in Virginia, bringing exciting flavors and lively vibes to Central Virginia. Rock N’ Roll Sushi is set to make a splash in Richmond, offering a mix of fresh tastes and a rock ‘n’ roll attitude that will spice up the local dining scene.

Franchisees Justin Jones and Chad Ellis, along with Operating Partner Luis Ferrer, are spearheading the expansion in Virginia. With a background in the Jimmy John’s system, this team is poised to make a significant impact in Richmond’s culinary landscape.

The new Richmond location represents a new chapter for Rosevine Hospitality, co-founded by longtime friends Jones and Ellis, who bring over 20 years of business success and collaboration to the venture.

Justin Jones, a military veteran and VCU graduate, focuses on leadership and operational excellence as CEO of Rosevine Hospitality. Chad Ellis, also a VCU graduate, brings his diverse skill set to the leadership team, while Luis Ferrer, known for his operational expertise, adds his international experience to the mix.

Together, this trio is introducing Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s bold flavors and concept to Central Virginia, backed by experience, dedication, and passion. The restaurant offers fresh sushi, hibachi, and a music-themed ambiance, featuring signature rolls like the VIP Roll and Punk Rock Roll.

Rock N’ Roll Sushi, founded in 2010 in Mobile, Alabama, by Lance and Gerri Mach Hallmark, is known for its great food, love for rock ‘n’ roll music, and unique dining experience.
