He was booked and released on April 8, with the Mono County district attorney set to decide on potential prosecution.

This isn’t Osment’s first brush with the law. In 2018, he was reportedly involved in a verbal altercation at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas. Osment was previously charged with misdemeanor drunk driving in 2006, receiving three years of probation after pleading no contest. Despite these incidents, Osment, who took a break from Hollywood in 2006 to attend NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, has expressed his continued passion for acting.
