Roberts, a former vice president of AGC, founded ERS, a heavy and civil construction company based in Jackson, Mississippi, in 1992. He has held various leadership roles within AGC and is a member of several construction industry organizations. In his new role, Roberts will collaborate with AGC staff and chapters to manage operations and develop strategies. AGC is a critical organization for the construction industry, providing advocacy, education, and networking opportunities. Other newly elected officers joining the AGC executive board include Rick Andritsch, Trey Pebley, and Mac Caddell. Their terms will end in March 2026, with new elections to follow. AGC is the largest and oldest national construction trade association in the United States, representing over 28,000 firms through its 88 chapters.
