Utica, NY, May 05, 2025 – The county of Oneida in New York is currently hosting an online auction for properties that have been foreclosed due to unpaid taxes. The auction is being managed by Auctions International based in Buffalo and will kick off on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 12:00 PM (EST) with the closing slated for Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM (EST).

This digital auction will showcase more than 30 properties, ranging from residential homes and commercial buildings to vacant lots, open for bidding to interested buyers. These tax foreclosure auctions are essential for Oneida County as they help in collecting overdue property taxes and putting neglected properties back into active use, thus generating income and fostering local economic growth.

RJ Klisiewicz, the Operations Manager at Auctions International, remarked, “We have had the opportunity to conduct numerous successful auctions for Oneida County in the past. The online platform continues to demonstrate its worth by attracting a broader range of bidders, ultimately maximizing profits for the County. This auction provides buyers with a convenient, transparent, and competitive chance to invest in local real estate.”

Interested bidders can take part by completing an online registration form and creating a bidding account with Auctions International, which can both be done at www.auctionsinternational.com. The registration forms need to be submitted by 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 15, 2025, as late submissions will not be considered.
