Night Market to Proceed as Planned Despite Pavilion Closure
April 16, 2025

The Night Market, a popular event featuring artisan vendors, live music, and local cuisine, will still take place this Friday, April 18, from 5 PM to 10 PM at Drake Field despite the recent Pavilion closure due to structural concerns.

The City of Peachtree City announced the immediate closure of the Drake Field Pavilion as a safety measure following the discovery of potential structural issues. Engineers will assess the structure next week, but Drake Field itself remains open to the public. The event will proceed with minor adjustments to accommodate the closure.

Jason Bass, the Night Market Organizer, expressed gratitude for the City’s quick response and commitment to guest safety. While the Pavilion may be closed, the essence of the Night Market – the energy, music, and community spirit – will still be present at Drake Field.

Attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs or blankets, support the vendors, and savor the lakeside ambiance under the night sky. For event updates and details, follow @nightmarketllc on Facebook and Instagram or visit www.nightmarketptc.com.
