Man Snaps Photo of Dead Fetus Outside Apartment Building Hours Before Residents Call 911

Authorities in New York are currently investigating the discovery of a deceased fetus outside a Brooklyn apartment building. According to reports, a woman walking in the area noticed what appeared to be a baby or fetus and promptly contacted 911.

Surveillance footage captured a man taking a photo in the vicinity and leaving eight hours before the discovery was reported on Thursday. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is working to determine the cause of death, though it remains unclear how long the fetus had been outside before being found.
