Lone Wolf’s LionDesk CRM platform to be discontinued

Lone Wolf Technologies is ceasing the use of LionDesk, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform it purchased in 2021. Users will have until September to transfer their data to Lone Wolf’s new CRM, Relationships.

Lone Wolf CEO Jimmy Kelly informed Inman that customers will have the option to migrate their contacts and receive assistance with the transition. Kelly explained that discontinuing LionDesk was a difficult decision as it has been part of their company for some time. However, technical constraints prevented LionDesk from aligning with Lone Wolf’s long-term goals.

Kelly stated that the company started notifying customers about the shutdown a few weeks ago. The new CRM, Relationships, will be available for individual purchase at a comparable price to LionDesk, which had plans starting at $25 per month.

Lone Wolf, known for its software used by over 9,000 brokerages and 1.5 million agents, has also partnered with more than 300 multiple listing services and 60-plus Royal associations. LionDesk was one of the real estate tech companies Lone Wolf acquired alongside HomeSpotter and W+R Studios, the creators of Cloud CMA.
