Kanye West, also known as Ye, has finally dropped his long-awaited “Donda 2” album as promised. However, some producers are demanding $3 million in payment or they will have the album taken down.

Ye disclosed that his longtime associate DeAndre “Free” Maiden, who manages producers Jahmal “Boogz Da Beast” Gwin and Brian “AllDay” Miller, are upset over not being compensated for 8 songs on “Donda 2.” They have threatened to remove the album from streaming services.

Fans of Yeezy will be familiar with Boogz and Brian due to their past collaborations. Kanye dismissed the $3 million demand, suggesting that he was the one who taught them how to produce beats.

Kanye had been hinting at this sequel album for over 3 years and hosted a massive listening event for it at LoanDepot Park in Miami, attended by numerous celebrities.

Originally, the album was supposed to be released on Kanye’s Stem Player device, but those plans were abandoned. Boogz and Brian are not the only producers who have raised concerns about not being paid, as ATL Jacob is also waiting for his payments for “Donda 2.”

Why is Kanye being so reluctant to part with his billions?
