Two U.S. Hyundai Construction Equipment dealers have expanded their networks by opening new locations. Hyundai Construction Equipment dealer Tracey Road Equipment recently launched three new stores in Pittsburgh, Du Bois, and Erie, Pennsylvania, widening their coverage to include North, Central, and Western Pennsylvania. Tracey Road Equipment not only offers Hyundai Construction Equipment but also carries product lines for various other brands.

Furthermore, another Hyundai Construction Equipment dealership, Hardings Inc., recently celebrated the opening of its second location in Elwood, Illinois. The dealership’s primary store is situated in Lowell, Indiana. Hardings Inc.’s second location will provide a full range of Hyundai construction equipment along with specialty material handlers and hydraulic breakers. Additionally, they offer equipment from other brands like Mustang, Paladin, Gehl, and Wacker Neuson.

In other news, Finning Cat, Caterpillar’s largest dealer, has sold its mobile on-site refueling business, 4Refuel, to global investment firm H.I.G. Capital for $400 million. The on-site liquid refueling company employs around 650 people and caters to various industries, including construction and transportation. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, pending regulatory approvals.

Associated Equipment Distributors (AED) has appointed Shane Wilker as the new Regional Manager for the Far West region, which covers several states. Wilker’s role will involve engaging with AED members and ensuring they maximize their membership benefits.

Moreover, construction equipment dealer McClung-Logan Equipment Company has opened its eleventh store in Fishersville, Virginia, becoming its eighth location in the state. The new facility includes service bays and will offer equipment from various brands like Volvo CE, Takeuchi, Mecalac, and Avant.
