IHG to Introduce Kimpton Hotel Brand in UAE With 280&Room Duubai Hotel

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a partnership with API Hotels & Resorts to open the first Kimpton hotel in the UAE. The new Kimpton hotel in Dubai is set to welcome guests starting from early 2026. Located in the city’s bustling business and lifestyle district, the hotel will be the first of its kind in the UAE under the Kimpton brand.

Situated near the renowned Business Bay Canal and close to attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, the hotel will cater to a varied audience of residents, tourists, and professionals. The Dubai Kimpton Hotel will boast 280 guest rooms, a variety of dining options, and multiple meeting spaces, including a ballroom.

With a focus on wellness and leisure, the property will offer amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and retail outlets. The hotel aims to uphold Kimpton’s reputation for exceptional culinary experiences.

This venture follows IHG’s previous collaboration with API Hotels & Resorts for the InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay. The Kimpton Dubai project is part of IHG’s strategic expansion in the Middle East, where the group already operates more than 122 hotels across nine countries, featuring a diverse portfolio of brands catering to different market segments.
