House Judiciary to examine New Jersey ICE facility incident

Legislators are scheduled to conduct a hearing next week regarding “Challenges to ICE Activities,” as a further step taken by the GOP following a disruptive demonstration at a New Jersey Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility that saw the involvement of three House Democrats. The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight, headed by a Republican Representative from New Jersey, is overseeing the hearing.
