Former Phoenix chief will helm Capitol Police

The U.S. Capitol Police has named Michael Sullivan, a former interim chief of the Phoenix Police Department, as their upcoming chief. The announcement was made on Wednesday. Sullivan previously held positions at the Baltimore Police Department as deputy commissioner of compliance and deputy commissioner of operations.
