Dog Haus Expands to Louisiana with Three New Locations

A father-daughter team is set to introduce the popular craft casual concept of Dog Haus to Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette. The team, led by Gregg Strasburger and Erin LeDoux, along with Erin’s husband Matt LeDoux, is infusing a taste of Louisiana into the venture with Matt’s Cajun culinary background. They are collaborating with retired Chick-fil-A franchise operator Steven Vinson to expand not only in Louisiana but also in Texas, with three locations in progress.
The first Dog Haus location in Louisiana is slated to open in spring 2026, followed by two more soon after. This expansion is part of the duo’s growing business portfolio, which includes three units under development in Central Texas from a previous deal in Waco.
