Diddy’s New Lawyer Reveals She Survived Sexual Assault

Nicole Westmoreland, the recent addition to Diddy’s legal team, disclosed that she is a survivor of sexual assault after allegedly being raped in 2001.

Westmoreland, a skilled attorney who officially joined Diddy’s team recently, was just 19 years old at the time when she was working for a company assisting individuals in reinstating suspended driver’s licenses.

She recounted an incident where she was approached by Bryan Williams, the vice president of Cash Money Records, and a man named “Stone” at Patchwerk Recording Studio in Atlanta to make a sales pitch to the company.

During a gathering at the recording studio that she attended with three female friends, Westmoreland encountered Alfred Cleveland, a friend of Ronald Williams, who was the president of CMR and Bryan’s brother.

Westmoreland explained how Cleveland lured her to the restroom, where he forcefully raped her. Despite an attempt to hand her over to another man, Cleveland relented and let her go upon her plea.

Despite facing threats for reporting the incident to the authorities, Westmoreland went ahead and Cleveland was subsequently arrested and charged with rape, later pleading guilty to aggravated assault with intent to rape.

While Diddy is facing multiple accusations of sexual assault and rape, with several civil cases pending against him, the jury selection process for his federal criminal trial continues with the addition of 16 potential jurors, mostly men, to the pool.
