“Deficit of representation”: How money — and the lack of it — discourages working-class Democrats

Following a series of losses for the Democratic Party, a new wave of Democratic candidates is aiming to transform the nation’s politics in preparation for the 2026 midterms. Deja Foxx, a political strategist and content creator, is leading this revolution in Arizona. About a month ago, the 25-year-old reproductive rights activist and former Kamala Harris campaign worker announced her candidacy for the seat left vacant by the late Rep.
