David H. Luding Chosen as Biography of the Year for 2025 by Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide

La Vista, Nebraska – On April 22, 2025 – David H. Luding, from La Vista, Nebraska, has been named the Biography of the Year for 2025 by Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide Edition. This prestigious award is presented to only one individual each year, and Luding was selected for his remarkable contributions and accomplishments in the consulting and human resource information field.

With close to thirty years of experience across over two hundred international projects, David H. Luding is currently the president of DHLuding Consulting Inc. Specializing in workforce management, including absence, time, pay, schedules, and compensation, he is a professional in PeopleSoft and HRIP-Human Resource Information. Throughout his career, Luding has held various roles such as team lead, functional analyst, business architect, trainer, and facilitator, gaining expertise in core HR areas of job and position.

Before establishing his consulting company, Luding worked as an independent contractor with different HRMS applications such as PeopleSoft, ABRA, Ceridian, and Kronos. He also served as an intelligence specialist in the United States Air Force, contributing to classified military projects. Luding graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1992 with a B.S. in general studies and remains actively engaged in the field through memberships in S.H.R.M., I.H.R.M., and P.M.I.

In his leisure time, Luding enjoys taking walks, exploring garage and estate sales, and watching movies when he is not immersed in HCM consulting.
