Occupancy stood at 63.6 percent, a decrease of 0.3 percent, while the average daily rate (ADR) increased by 1.1 percent to $161.78. Revenue per available room (RevPAR) also rose by 0.8 percent to $102.89.
In the Top 25 Markets, Miami had the highest occupancy rate at 83.2 percent, down by 0.4 percent. Conversely, Detroit and Minneapolis had the lowest occupancy rates at 54 percent and 55 percent, respectively. The Top 25 Markets displayed higher occupancy and ADR compared to other markets.
