Singapore – Club Med, the global leader in premium all-inclusive holiday experiences, concluded an exceptional 2024 with significant growth and strategic accomplishments. The brand is gearing up for its 75th Anniversary celebrations in 2025 and aims to build on its successful upscale transformation and the increasing demand for elevated experiences.
Club Med’s achievements in 2024 highlighted its leadership in the premium all-inclusive market. The group reported a business volume of €2.09 billion, marking a seven percent increase from 2023. The winter season at Mountain Resorts experienced a remarkable 20 percent growth, now representing over 35 percent of the total business volume, indicating the rising popularity of experiential ski holidays. The shift to full premium and Exclusive Collection resorts has strengthened its competitive edge in the upscale travel sector.
In the East, South Asia, and Pacific (ESAP) region, Club Med saw notable success for its Premium All-Inclusive Resorts:

The ESAP region saw a 24 percent year-on-year growth in business volume and hosted nearly 260,000 guests from the region at its resorts worldwide, a 5.5 percent increase from 2023.

This surge was primarily fueled by the outstanding performance of Mountain Resorts in Japan, China, and the European Alps, which recorded a 57 percent rise compared to 2023, and the high demand for the Club Med Exclusive Collection portfolio, including resorts, chalets, villas, and the iconic French sailing yacht, Club Med 2, with a 23 percent increase in business volume.

Singapore played a significant role in the region’s growth in 2024, with a strong demand for premium all-inclusive getaways, especially to snow destinations:

Total business volume increased by 12 percent year-on-year, reflecting a sustained interest in upscale travel experiences.
The number of Singaporean guests remained stable with a 0.3 percent increase, following a robust recovery in 2023.
Average Daily Rate (ADR) grew by 5.9 percent in line with Club Med’s upscale transformation.
Mountain resorts saw a 35.2 percent rise in business volume and a 34 percent increase in Singaporean guests, reaffirming the strong interest in ski holidays.
Snow ADR increased slightly by 1.3 percent, supported by Exclusive Collection offerings.
Exclusive Collection resorts continued to attract guests, with a 23 percent rise in business volume and a 7.3 percent growth in ADR.
Top-performing sun destinations for Singaporean guests in 2024 included Club Med Bintan (Indonesia), Club Med Bali (Indonesia), Club Med Phuket (Thailand), Club Med Kani Finolhu (Maldives), and Club Med Cherating (Malaysia).
Preferred snow resorts for Singaporeans comprised Club Med Kiroro Grand (Japan), Club Med Tomamu (Japan), Club Med Sahoro (Japan), Club Med Hokkaido (Japan), and Club Med Beidahu (China).

As the brand celebrates its 75th Anniversary this year, its commitment to providing outstanding experiences remains unwavering. Through enhancing its signature Club Med holiday spirit with well-crafted spaces, diverse activities for all ages, its multicultural G.O team, and expanding its global footprint, Club Med is well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of guests from the East, South Asia, and the Pacific.
