Choice Hotels International is revamping the complimentary breakfast offerings at Comfort and Country Inn & Suites, introducing signature menu items and forming partnerships with Florida’s Natural and General Mills for high-quality orange juice and popular cereal brands.

Updates to the complimentary breakfast program at Comfort and Country Inn & Suites have been announced by Choice Hotels International in an effort to differentiate its upper midscale brands and attract more travelers. Trial runs of signature breakfast items like the Comfort breakfast bowl and Country Inn & Suites biscuit sandwich are being conducted at selected properties.

In addition, Choice Hotels has partnered with Florida’s Natural and General Mills to supply guests with top-notch orange juice and a variety of well-liked cereal brands.

These breakfast enhancements come on the heels of Choice Hotels’ refined brand positioning for Comfort and Country Inn & Suites, which was introduced earlier this year. The company has also unveiled updated prototypes in order to maximize revenue within the same space, establishing a unique presence in the travel market.

Later this year, the company plans to roll out a series of new and improved brand features, such as updated furniture, fixtures, and equipment packages.

The breakfast trials are the result of thorough research, including customer feedback, and collaboration with Entegra, Choice Hotel’s Group Purchasing Organization (GPO). This collaboration sought to align offerings with guest preferences and owner objectives, resulting in appetizing and cost-effective menu options.

The Comfort brand will test a Build Your Own Breakfast Bowl concept, allowing guests to tailor their meals to their tastes and dietary requirements. Meanwhile, Country Inn & Suites will pilot Pillsbury biscuit sandwiches, providing a hearty breakfast choice that guests can enjoy either on-site or on the go.

Beginning this year, breakfast at both brands will feature orange juice from Florida’s Natural and cereals from General Mills, both reputable brands that meet the quality standards expected by guests at Comfort and Country Inn & Suites.
