Century 21 Real Estate has expanded its reach in Oregon’s Central Coast region by welcoming Shorepine Properties in Pacific City to its network.
Broker/owner Becky Kirkendall has been at the helm of Shorepine Properties since acquiring the full-service brokerage in 2017. Initially working in hospitality, Kirkendall made the transition to real estate after relocating to Pacific City in 2006 and has remained with the firm throughout her real estate career.
Under the new name Century 21 Shorepine Properties, the office will now benefit from Century 21’s training, marketing resources, and referral networks. Kirkendall sees this affiliation as a strategic move to grow her firm’s presence along the coast through new office openings and increased recruitment efforts.
Kirkendall expressed that aligning with a globally recognized brand like Century 21 is essential to staying competitive in the ever-evolving real estate industry. She emphasized that Century 21’s resources and values resonate with Shorepine Properties, allowing them to expand while maintaining their community-focused approach.
Specializing in various property types such as residential, commercial, vacation homes, investment properties, and land sales, Kirkendall and her team of agents serve multiple towns along Oregon’s Central Coast. They prioritize community involvement, charity work, and providing residents with the information needed to make informed decisions.
Pacific City, a town known for outdoor recreation and attracting second-home buyers and vacationers, lies along the Three Capes Scenic Loop.
Century 21 Real Estate President and CEO Mike Miedler highlighted the value of having knowledgeable representatives like Kirkendall in unique regional markets such as Coastal Oregon. He emphasized the importance of having experts like Kirkendall to ensure residents have access to quality services tailored to their lifestyle needs.
