B.G., a former Hot Boy from Cash Money Records, revealed that he found out about Birdman and Toni Braxton’s marriage from TMZ, not from the couple themselves. During an interview with TMZ Hip Hop in New York City, B.G. expressed amusement at the news of the secretive marriage that had been brewing for about 8 months, which he came across online.

Despite his surprise, B.G. noted that he wasn’t informed about the wedding, even though Birdman had welcomed him upon his release from prison in September 2023 after serving a 14-year sentence. Currently promoting his new album “Freedom of Speech” in New York, B.G. also showed support for Lil Durk, who is facing a murder-for-hire charge, emphasizing the impact of hip hop on inner-city youth.

Regarding Lil Wayne’s decision to avoid future Super Bowl performances after being snubbed in New Orleans, B.G. believes that Weezy F. may change his mind in the future once the disappointment fades. However, B.G. expressed a different opinion about Zion Williamson, suggesting that it might be time for him to leave New Orleans after what he considers six years of underperformance.
