Brandon D. Chamberland has been recognized for his contributions to the growth and success of Einstein II, the leading workforce optimization technology at Hallmark. He currently holds the position of chief strategy and partnerships officer at Hallmark Health Care Solutions, where he has made a significant impact on the healthcare staffing industry. Chamberland’s strategic leadership has led to the expansion of Einstein II, which now serves over 28,000 healthcare professionals and facilitates 11,000 shifts per day across hundreds of hospitals nationwide. His forward-thinking approach to technology in workforce management has been instrumental in his career development and the success of Einstein II.

Before his current role, Chamberland served as senior vice president of product and partnerships, where he played a key role in scaling Hallmark’s operations and establishing valuable collaborations.
