Alpratta, Georgia – Agilysys, Inc. has revealed that Bally’s Baton Rouge Hotel, formerly known as the Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel, has chosen a range of Agilysys solutions, including Versa PMS and InfoGenesis POS, to enhance guest and staff experiences at its renovated property.
Expected to open in fall 2025 pending approval from the Louisiana Gaming Commission, the establishment will feature 25,000 square feet of Vegas-style gaming, a sports lounge, a cocktail lounge, casual and fine dining options, and a makeover of the Belle’s 242-room, 10-story hotel, now renamed as Bally’s Baton Rouge.
Situated in downtown Baton Rouge, the reopening signifies a significant step in the Belle’s efforts to transform the downtown area into a modern casino, entertainment, and hotel destination. The hotel will offer modern hospitality technology innovations to enhance guest and staff experiences. Upon reopening, guests will have the choice of digital self-service or personalized experiences supported by Agilysys software throughout the property.
The leadership team at Bally’s Baton Rouge Hotel recognized the need to replace outdated software with forward-looking hospitality technology to realize their vision of contemporary guest experiences within a reimagined entertainment complex. The property is implementing 11 Agilysys solutions to enhance operations and guest interactions property-wide.
