Angel Studios renews Bailey Chase’s ‘Homestead’ for Season 2

Angel Studios has decided to continue the production of the first season of “Homestead” and has given the green light for a second season. The post-apocalyptic drama, based on the Black Autumn book series by Jeff Kirkham and Jason Ross, will further explore the story introduced in the 2024 film of the same name. The cast includes Bailey Chase, Charles Esten, Dawn Oliveri, Jill Wagner, and Jesse Hutch. Show-runner Ben Kasica stated that the upcoming seasons will delve deeper into the evolving world of Homestead, depicting the challenges and choices faced as a new civilization emerges. Season 1 will resume filming in the summer and is set to premiere on the Angel app and website later this year.
