Maverix Advisory Group appoints York Baur as founding board member

Maverix Advisory Group, a consulting firm specializing in Proptech and real estate brokerage strategy, has introduced an advisory board and named York Baur as its founding member. Baur, previously the CEO of MoxiWorks, played a crucial role in expanding the platform to support over 800 brokerages and 400,000 agents in North America.

Jeff Kennedy, managing partner at Maverix Advisory Group, expressed excitement over Baur joining the advisory board, highlighting his extensive experience in real estate technology and industry dynamics. Earlier this year, Maverix Advisory Group welcomed industry veteran Kevin Van Eck to its leadership team as a principal, following his successful 16-year tenure at @properties.
