The St. Regis Deer Valley is starting the summer season with its famous Summer Sunday Brunch beginning on Sunday, June 15, 2025. This event coincides with Father’s Day and offers a great way to celebrate with a fantastic meal that can be enjoyed outdoors on the Mountain Terrace in Park City or inside Brasserie 7452 with views of the beautiful Wasatch mountains. Live music adds to the festive atmosphere. The Summer Sunday Brunch will be available every Sunday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm throughout the summer of 2025, priced at $85 per adult and $30 per child.
Chef Matthew Fradera has prepared an impressive Buffet menu that includes a Seafood Station with fresh King Crab Legs, West Coast Oysters, Snow Crab Claws, and Jumbo Shrimp; a Carving Station with a weekly selection of grilled or smoked prime meats; assorted Sweet Pastries, and a Fresh Salad Station with all the fixings. Guests can also enjoy a variety of small plates such as Eggs Benedict, Chicken and Waffles, Avocado Toast, St. Regis Poke Bowl, Banana French Toast, and made-to-order Omelets. Guests can relax with a 7452 Bloody Mary or try one of the new St. Regis Summer Cocktails like the “Glacier Garden,” which features Roku Japanese Gin and homemade tonic garnished with lemon peel, strawberry, and cucumber. The St. Regis Wine Vault boasts over 10,000 bottles, with many vintages available by the glass.
Guests can take in the breathtaking views as they arrive at St. Regis Sunday Brunch via the Resort’s Funicular, the only one at a North American mountain resort. The 90-second ride takes guests from the Lower Funicular Building to the Upper Resort where Brasserie 7452 and Mountain Terrace are situated. Reservations are not necessary.
