The 2026 Defender lineup has been unveiled with updated headlight design, a new 13.1-inch touchscreen, and two V8 engines. Enhancements across the lineup also include fog lights, sleek rear lights with smoked lenses, and fresh front and rear bumpers. A new feature called the ‘Driver Attention Monitor’ has been introduced, equipped with a driver-facing camera to monitor alertness.

The unstoppable Defender 4×4 series, consisting of the 90, 110, 130, and the top-tier Defender OCTA, has received a distinctive facelift, added new colors, and technological enhancements to improve its off-road performance. Notable upgrades include a revised headlight design, standard fog lights, sleek rear lights with smoked lenses, new front and rear bumpers, and Gloss Black Defender-branded wheel center caps.

Highlights of the interior include a larger 13.1-inch touchscreen for enhanced infotainment control, along with the new ‘Driver Attention Monitor’ featuring a driver-facing camera for monitoring alertness. The Defender 130 now offers an integrated air compressor for adjusting tire pressures during off-road excursions. Additionally, the Defender now offers optional Adaptive Off-Road Cruise Control for the first time.

The Defender lineup is powered by the P425 5.0-liter supercharged V8 (313kW/550Nm) in the Defender 90 and 110 models, while the top-of-the-line Defender OCTA features the 4.4-liter twin-turbo P635 petrol V8 mild-hybrid engine. Managing Director of Defender, Mark Cameron, expressed satisfaction with the enduring success of the Defender, highlighting the fresh design upgrades, new color options, and expanded accessory range. The all-new Defender range starts at £57,135 OTR in the UK.
