Lori Daybell has requested that Judge Justin Beresky step down from presiding over her upcoming conspiracy trial, alleging that he holds a bias against her. Judge Beresky oversaw Daybell’s previous trial, during which she was found guilty of conspiring to murder her fourth husband, Charles Vallow.
