French Woman Stuck with English Accent 11 Years after Tonsil Surgery

A 47-year-old woman from Western France has been speaking with an English accent for 14 years after having her tonsils removed. Laetitia, a cashier from Montval-sur-Loir, doesn’t know English but sounds like she does due to the surgery. Despite seeking medical help, no one has been able to explain or reverse her unique accent, linked to a brain-related issue during the operation.
