Munster’s Jordan Fefferman eyes national speech tourney

Munster High School senior Jordan Fefferman achieved 19th place in the dramatic interpretation competition, which had 202 participants. She represented Indiana with the Munster speech team at the 2025 National Individual Events Tournament of Champions held from May 16-18 in Kansas City, Missouri. The event attracted over 2,000 top speech competitors from more than 300 high schools nationwide. Fefferman will next compete at the National Speech & Debate Association National Tournament in Des Moines, Iowa from June 14-21. Munster officials noted that Fefferman has won five individual state championships, setting an Indiana state record and establishing herself as one of the best in the state’s rich speech history.
