The citizenM group is expanding with the opening of two new hotels in 2025, increasing its global portfolio to 38 properties. The first hotel, located in Dublin, will be the brand’s debut in Ireland, while the second one in London’s Olympia district will enhance its presence in the UK capital.

citizenM Dublin St. Patrick’s: First Venture in Ireland
Expected to launch in summer 2025, citizenM Dublin St. Patrick’s will be the brand’s inaugural hotel in Ireland. Positioned across from St. Patrick’s Cathedral in central Dublin, the hotel will offer 245 rooms.
Emphasis on Design and Functionality
Remaining true to citizenM’s design principles, the hotel will combine functionality with visual appeal. The ground floor will feature a communal Living Room with Vitra furnishings, shared working spaces, and round-the-clock dining options at canteenM. Furthermore, four societyM meeting rooms will be available for meetings and creative gatherings. Featuring art from well-known artists like Damien Hirst and George Condo, the hotel will underscore its dedication to incorporating culture and design into the guest experience.
Artistic Collaboration and Local Influence
In collaboration with the Irish Museum of Modern Art (IMMA), the hotel will provide a distinctive art experience room by room. By integrating local art into the room decor, the aim is to establish a genuine link between guests and Dublin’s rich cultural legacy.
citizenM London Olympia: Fifth Addition in London
Opening in late summer 2025, citizenM London Olympia will be the group’s fifth hotel in London. Located in the evolving Olympia district, the hotel will be close to various cultural sites like theaters and cinemas. With 146 rooms, this property will highlight the preservation of the historic Apex Room and include modern conveniences such as a public lounge, a 24/7 canteen, and three societyM meeting rooms.
These new establishments align with citizenM’s strategic expansion plan, focusing on providing “affordable luxury” in key destinations globally.
