In Rhone, France, a French driver potentially set a new record for driving without a valid license, insurance, or technical inspection – a period exceeding 28 years. During a routine traffic stop last week, law enforcement discovered the driver’s violations. Initially pulled over for an expired technical inspection, it was soon revealed that the driver lacked insurance and had his license revoked in 1997. The driver nonchalantly admitted to driving without a license since then, likening his old license to “an expired but still edible yogurt.”
