Cassie Told Diddy She Was Ovulating When He Asked for Freak-Off, Agreed to Kissing

Cassie informed Diddy that she was ovulating when he asked about setting up a “freak-off,” but seemed to agree to keep things PG if they proceeded.

During questioning by Diddy’s defense attorney Anna Esteva on Thursday, text messages between the ex-couple were discussed, revealing Diddy’s request for “freaky fun” and Cassie’s response of “Ovulation,” which could imply a refusal for sexual activities. Cassie also testified that Diddy did not want condoms used during their encounters with male escorts.

Additionally, Cassie agreed to Diddy’s suggestion of “kissing a lot” and inquired about their meeting location, offering to visit a sex shop to purchase lubricants and outfits.

Diddy later encouraged Cassie to “have fun” and “impress” him on her way to the sex shop. Prosecutors allege that Diddy coerced Cassie into participating in these activities, while Diddy’s defense aims to demonstrate the consensual nature of their interactions.

This exchange took place in the summer of 2017, near the end of their relationship.
