The acquisition of the building was made by Bluebird Self Storage through the ICM Bluebird Canadian Self Storage LP, completing their mission to establish a coast-to-coast network of storage facilities under a single brand. Bluebird has renovated the Johnson Street Self Storage facility, updating its interior with modern amenities and aesthetics while preserving its historical appeal. The old wooden lockers have been replaced with steel partitions and roll-up doors, and modern safety and security features have been installed. Additionally, a cutting-edge website with e-commerce features like online payments, reservations, and rentals has been introduced.

The property, conveniently located, offers 240 modern storage units available for lease to both residential and business tenants.
