Mesa has partnered with Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) to launch a co-branded credit card that rewards homeowners for their loyalty in making mortgage payments. The collaboration offers cardholders the opportunity to earn rewards and Mesa Points on their monthly mortgage payments, as well as accelerated points on purchases related to homeownership and everyday expenses, all without any annual membership fees. The Mesa Homeowners Visa Cards are supported by Highnote and issued by Celtic Bank.

Qualified PRMG borrowers can now access this partnership and apply for the card once they have completed their home purchase with a PRMG loan officer. Mesa’s co-founder and CEO, Kelley Halpin, expressed the company’s commitment to making homeownership more affordable and rewarding by teaming up with PRMG to provide homeowners with savings on their mortgage and home-related costs right from the beginning.

Through this collaboration, PRMG borrowers can earn points on their mortgage payments and unlock up to $800 in value through Mesa’s range of homeowner benefits and rewards, including memberships with brands like Sam’s Club, home maintenance credits with Thumbtack, and home essentials and decor from Cozy Earth. PRMG’s chief lending officer, Kevin Peranio, emphasized the importance of adding value for customers through innovative programs like the homeowner loyalty initiative and co-branded credit card.

Peranio noted that the partnership was an obvious choice for PRMG, as it offers a unique way to engage with consumers and build customer loyalty through a rewards platform tied to a Visa credit card. Halpin highlighted Mesa’s role in enhancing engagement and retention for lenders like PRMG by providing a new level of value for their customers, ultimately aiming to make homeownership more affordable and rewarding for all parties involved.
