The company is strengthening its presence in strategic destinations like the Costa del Sol and the Balearic Islands with the opening of a hotel in Torremolinos and apartments in Ibiza. The Torremolinos hotel, featuring 243 rooms and various amenities, aims to cater to the demand in both domestic and international markets during the off-peak season. Meanwhile, the Ros Apartments in Ibiza mark the company’s first venture on the island, enhancing its position in the Balearic archipelago. Pierre & Vacances looks to continue its growth in key locations like the Balearic Islands, the Canaries, and the Costa del Sol, as well as in major Spanish cities.
