Hotel Crescent Court in Dallas, Texas has announced the appointment of Brett Krafft as its new General Manager. Krafft, a seasoned hospitality leader with extensive industry knowledge, will be responsible for overseeing the iconic hotel’s 226-room luxury property, managing operations, food and beverage, sales and marketing, as well as the exclusive Crescent Club for guests and members.

With over forty years of experience in hospitality leadership, Krafft is renowned for his operational skills, talent development, and his ability to enhance guest and team satisfaction. Previously, he held the position of Area General Manager for The Statler and Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre, overseeing a combined annual revenue of over $46 million. His strategic direction led to significant growth at both properties, earning him top accolades in the hotel industry such as the 2022 and 2024 Hilton Award of Excellence, and the 2019 Hilton SOAR Award for exceptional commercial performance.
Kirsten Snyder, senior vice president of asset management for Crescent Real Estate, praised Krafft’s strategic insight and hands-on experience in luxury hospitality. She believes his leadership style and focus on innovation will help uphold Hotel Crescent Court’s legacy while establishing new standards of excellence and maintaining the warm and sophisticated ambiance that reflects Texas heritage.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Krafft relocated to Dallas in 1982. He obtained the CMP designation (Certified Meeting Professional) in 2002 and is actively engaged in the local community, having served on various industry boards including the Hotel Association of North Texas (HANTX) and Dallas Tourism Public Improvement District (DTPID). In his free time, Brett enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Karla, and their sons, Chase and Bryce, as well as participating in outdoor activities such as skiing and golf.
