In Hong Kong on May 7, 2025, CALB Group Co., Ltd. revealed its plan to acquire an 11% stake in A-share listed company Jiangsu Olive Sensors High-tech Corporation Limited through a Share Transfer Agreement. This acquisition will make CALB the controlling shareholder of Jiangsu Olive Sensors, with the re-elected board of directors to be nominated by CALB. Additionally, Jiangsu Olive Sensors will privately place 15% of its shares to CALB, increasing CALB’s shareholding and voting rights to 22.61%.
